The place where ‘Karun Treasures’ are exhibited: Uşak Archeology Museum


Noting that the museum is home to unique treasures of the world, Söyler said that small hand tools and sculptures from ancient cities in Uşak are exhibited on the ground floor, and the history of the money found by the Lydians is told on the middle floor.

Stating that 6 short films about the culture and history of Uşak were screened at the museum, Söyler said, “There is a carpet culture and trade in our city that started in the 15th-16th century. There is a factory and enrichment with this carpet trade. “In the section, we made an exhibition work that started with the exchange and continued with the invention of money, and then explained the banknote and the banking system.”
