I am originally from Kars, but I have never traveled with the Eastern Express. How long will the journey go?’ I thought. But I met so many good people, we had instant friendships, I am very happy,” he said. Explaining that they passed through many cities from Ankara to Kars and that they had the opportunity to watch the different beauties of each region from the train, Bulut said, “The journey was very enjoyable, I never got tired. I want to come again in winter, everything was beautiful and very enjoyable.” Turgut Akaslan, who came from Istanbul, also stated that he loves the train journey and said, “We have been waiting for this for 15 months, it has been very nice. We met valuable people on this beautiful journey. We got information about the region in our conversations here. This information became a light for us when we toured the region. “We are happy to be here,” he said.
