Ramadan excitement in Jerusalem: Decorated with colorful lights and oil lamps

Due to the fact that the Masjid al-Aqsa was closed to worship by the Jerusalem Islamic Foundations Administration last year, citing the corona virus (Covid-19) epidemic, the Old City region was not decorated as it is every year.

Jerusalem’s Old City region, which has been experiencing troubled times due to the Israeli occupation, is partly the scene of more exciting and active days with the arrival of the month of Ramadan.
