While some of the pet owners who go on the Eid-al-Adha holiday take their dear friends with them, others leave them at cat and dog hotels.
All services from education to games are provided in these hotels. Those who miss their animals can watch them live from the camera system of the hotels.
Edip Basri Tuncel, a cat and dog hotel operator in Edirne, Hacısaraf District, said that the occupancy rate reached 50 percent during the Eid al-Adha holiday.
Tunçel said, “While the dog owners are on their vacation, we provide a full vacation opportunity for their dogs here. We play games and give trainings in our large area. Of course, they are in their place in hot weather. We let them go back to the grass area in the evening and they continue to play here. With our activities, they are on vacation as well. they are,” he said.
Stating that the hotel is in demand due to the holiday, Tunçel said, “Our hotel currently serves 40 dogs and our occupancy rate is 50 percent full. There are also those who are not on vacation due to the Corona virus. Our hotel will be full when they go on vacation. But we can say that it is in demand because of the holiday.” ‘ he said.
Stating that dog owners can see their dogs live because of the camera system, Tuncel said, “We offer this service to them. We take care of dogs very well, their eyes are not behind.”
Edip Basri Tuncel, who said that they took their dogs to the hotel after they were vaccinated, said, “When we take dogs to our hotel, we want them to have their internal and external parasite vaccinations.
‘Does my dog ​​miss me here or cry?’ Stating that he was asked a lot of questions, Tunçel continued his words as follows: “Dogs get used to it after spending an hour here and forget about it. Let their owners rest in peace, we already send the camera footage to them. They are also happy.”
