Balloons took off with Turkish Flags and Atatürk posters in Cappadocia

hot air balloons in the Cappadocia region of Turkey’s most important tourism centers took off with the April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day to Turkish flags and posters of Ataturk.

In the Cappadocia region, which is one of the regions where hot air ballooning for tourism is intensely made due to its landforms, Turkish flag and Atatürk posters were hung on the basket of many balloons that took off this morning to celebrate April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day.
Tourists witnessed the joy of watching the natural beauties of the region while gliding through the fairy chimneys during the flight that started with the sunrise and lasted about 1 hour.
Balloon pilot Hakan Yıldız said, “We celebrate April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day in Cappadocia by hanging the Turkish flag on the baskets of balloons. Happy April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day to all children,” he said.
