Ambarköy Open Air Museum, which was transferred to Ladik Municipality last year, was brought to tourism by completing its deficiencies.
Ladik Mayor Nurhan Yapıcı Özel said that Ladik is a district established at the foot of Akdağ with an altitude of 850 meters.
Pointing out that the district has a history of 7 thousand years, Özel said, “Because it has such a feature, it is important to transfer its history, culture and natural structure to future generations. Since it is at the intersection of the historical Silk Road, it has been instrumental in many civilizations living here. The economy of the district, which has thermal facilities, a lake and a ski resort, is trying to stand on these three pillars,” he said.
