SAİNT KİTTS VE NEVİS
Saint Kitts and Nevis, the island nation of 250 square kilometers, has reported 41 Covid-19 cases since the pandemic began. The dual island nation reopened its borders more than four months ago, but those from outside of the island must test negative for Covid-19, including children and vaccinated individuals.
In this context, 48 to 72 hours before entering the country, nasopharyngeal RT-PCR (reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction) test taken in “laboratories with ISO / IEC 17025 standard” must be done and be nahatid. Passengers arriving by plane are required to stay at their hotel during the first week of their travel, but are allowed to interact with other guests and enjoy events at the hotel.
On the eighth day, those who get negative results from the corona virus test can wander around the island, including Brimstone Hill Castle, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, and historical places in the capital Basseterre.
Guests who test negative after 14 days on the island can freely meet the local people, which are approximately 53 thousand residents.
Vaccination rate: As of March 10, about 10 percent of the population has been vaccinated.
